K-KPR 

The K-KPR is an integrated proximity and keypad reader utilizing RFID technology. The Keyscan K-KPR offers the reliability of a 125kHz proximity reader with additional layer of security when needed with the keypad. This trusted access control solution offers flexibility. 

• Ideal for applications that require enhanced security by enforcing both card presentation and PIN entry for secured areas 

• For applications where cards may be supplemented, users can be assigned a temporary or permanent PIN with designated access privileges  

• PIN entry outputs an 8-bit burst  

• Buttons provide audible feedback 

• Blue backlighting for easy use in low light areas 

• Single gang mount 

• Membrane style keypad surface prevents malfunction due to dust and debris accumulation

K-VAN 

The K-VAN proximity reader is an ideal selection when planning access control in rough or hostile environments. K-VAN is a proximity reader for all indoor or outdoor applications where aggressive behavior, vandalism, crime or high-threat environments could be expected. Operators can rely on the Keyscan K-VAN vandal resistant proximity reader, constructed of a solid stainless steel body and Fibertex insert. 

• Solid stainless steel bezel with Fibertex® insert provides the highest level of vandal resistance 

• Fibertex® material is UL752 listed for bullet resistant integrity 

• May be used on non-Keyscan systems with many HID 125kHz card protocols 

• Pass-thru Wiegand output standard 

• Suitable for outdoor applications in all weather conditions
