Optimised solution for fire and smoke doors

The motorised emergency-escape locks SVP 2000 F with integrated power reserve module are designed for use in fire and smoke doors. The integration of PR module in lock case provides a high level of convenience during installation as there is no need of additional connection work e.g. on connection cables or optional control units.

Securely locked even in the event of a power failure

The electric sequential control combined with a door contact adds increased anti-tamper protection. Auxiliary functions, such as alarm time settings and operating times, can be implemented and adjusted via the SVP-S 3x or  4x DCW motor lock control unit. In the event of power failure, the integrated PR module ensures a secured lock re-engagement of door in each closing situation.

Convenient and secure

The motorised unlocking of emergency-escape lock enables a secure and easy access. Thanks to the emergency escape function, the door can be readily opened by simply operating the lever handle. The automatic relocking mechanism ensures that the door is securely locked as soon as the door closes.

Range of monitoring functions, with SVP-S 3x or 4 x

The feedback contacts of the lock allow the latch, latch bolt, cylinder and lever handle all to be monitored. The signalling functions of the SVP 2000 NG are particularly suitable for monitoring and ensuring the convenient operation of doors in emergency exit and escape routes, but can also be used to trigger alarm systems or for remote monitoring.

Convenient access thanks to motorised unlocking

The motor lock really comes into its own when used in conjunction with access control and emergency escape route security systems, as the doors can then be unlocked with ease from a remote position. Where usage frequency is high, the lock can be permanently disengaged. By combining it with automatic actuators such as the ED 100/250 with the DCW upgrade card, barrier-free access solutions tailored to specific application requirements can be implemented without additional control through the integrated DCW interface.

Operational versatility

SVP locks are available in different models suitable for over-rebated or flush-closing timber doors and narrow-stile doors. They are flexible in terms of their installation position thanks to the non-handed (universal) trip latch. They have been approved as emergency exit locks for doors in escape routes and for use on fire and smoke check doors. The SVP 2000 NG in accordance with EN 1125 for panic doors with a horizontal push bar can also be used in escape routes.
