  • Personal Data Collected in the DOOR App
    When using the mobile app, the following data is collected (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):

    • Mobile number

    • Operating system/OIS version

    • Mobile phone hardware type
      Data backups (credential data for access permissions) are created and deleted every two months. User event data is deleted every six months due to technical and organizational factors.

  • Personal Data Collected in the dormakaba evolo smart App
    The following data is collected when using the mobile app (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR):

    • Email address

    The mobile app can operate offline with limited functionality. User event data is logged. The Smart App uses anonymized analytics to analyze and improve app usage; events such as screen changes or button presses are logged. Analytics use is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can cancel the data transmission during installation by clicking “Cancel.”

• Data Transmission
  Your personal data is stored by dormakaba or a third party. If dormakaba transfers personal data abroad, it will take all necessary steps to comply with applicable data protection laws.
