Technical Details

  • Built-in PMS Bridge interface to provide enhanced connectivity between the on-premise PMS and Ambiance Cloud.
  • The supported interfaces include FIAS and Ambiance SOAP API.

  • Comprehensive lock & access control – Bluetooth lock support, lock programming, auditing, and specialty key management (failsafe, diagnostics, toggle/unlock, etc.).
  • Flexible property & system configuration – User-defined room, suite, and access point setup, plus system settings like guest registration defaults, security settings, and encoder management.
  • Advanced role & staff management – Configurable roles, staff key creation, access tracking, and access management profiles (schedules, shifts, grouped access points, common/restricted access).
  • Seamless integration & usability – Elevator and amenities management, key creation via web client or third-party PMS, intuitive workflows, and online help.
