On the outskirts of the Swiss capital, a unique quarter for living and working together is being developed on the site of an old factory. Apartments, coworking spaces, restaurants, fitness, beauty services, childcare, classrooms and much more can now be found on the site of the former cardboard factory. During the conversion, the building was constructed within the existing historic structure. On the outside, the quarter presents itself in the factory character of yesteryear, while on the inside it meets all the demands of contemporary living and working.
