Product Details
Convenient and safe
The SVP 2000 emergency escape motor lock offers enhanced convenience with motorized unlocking. Irrespective of whether in a private home or commercial environment, the emergency escape function ensures that the door can be quickly opened with one operation, while the automatic relocking mechanism makes sure that the door is secure as soon as it closes.
Range of monitoring functions
The feedback contacts of the lock allow the latch, deadbolt, cylinder and lever handle all to be monitored. The signaling functions of the SVP 2000 are particularly suitable for monitoring and ensuring the convenient operation of doors in emergency exit and escape routes, but can also be used to trigger alarm systems or for remote monitoring.
Convenient access through motorized unlocking
The motor lock comes into its own particularly in conjunction with access control and emergency exit control systems, as the doors can then be unlocked with ease from a remote position. Where usage frequency is high, the lock can be permanently disengaged. By combining it with automatic operators such as the dormakaba ED 100/250, moreover, barrier-free access solutions can be implemented with functions tailored to specific application requirements.
Securely locked even in the event of a power failure
The electric sequential control combined with a door contact adds further anti-tamper protection. Auxiliary functions such as alarm time settings and operating times etc can be implemented and adjusted via the SVP-S 2x DCW motor lock control unit, while a buffer battery module maintains operational reliability in the event of a power failure.
Operational versatility
SVP locks are available in different models suitable for over-rebated or flush-closing timber doors and also narrow stile doors. They are likewise flexible in terms of their installation position thanks to the non-handed (universal) trip latch. They have been approved as emergency exit locks for doors in escape routes and for use on fire and smoke check doors.
