Product Details
Controlled access, convenience and security
The Fire 449 opener for fire doors is suitable for the convenient release of fire and smoke doors, for example when combined with intercoms or access control. In addition to the advantages of the Lucky Strike effect, the particularly high holding force of 8000N and the fire-resistance period of 90 minutes offers a special degree of security.
Considerable simplification in planning and installation
The symmetrically designed housing makes it possible to install the Fire 449 in any position (LH / RH), which makes the daily planning and installation work much easier. Uniform housing dimensions, a simple connection to all conventional operational voltages and an adjustable latch guarantee an effortless adjustment to a wide range of doors and construction features.
Consistent product benefits
The Fire 449 offers optimised preload behaviour and activation of the door opener without buzzing sounds while it is opened. Integrated overvoltage protection effectively prevents damage to preconnected products, such as access control. The Fire 449 is equally suitable for flush-closing and non-rebated doors. Proof of suitability required.
Versions
The Fire 449 is available in an operating current design and can be operated with multivoltage between 12 and 24 V DC. In the version with an integrated rectifier module, operations with alternating voltage between 12 and 24 V AC are an option. The door opener is also available in versions with a feedback contact.
