To order a genuine spare key, you will need to register your key owner information.
If you are unsure whether or not you have registered your key owner information, please contact Customer Information Management.
If you have lost your key, please replace the cylinder for security reasons.

Registration Key price
・Please check the initial alphabet stamped on the key. To duplicate a spare key for a key starting with an alphabet in the price list above, you must first register the key owner information.
・Price : includes tax and cash on delivery fees by Japan Post.
・ *Customers using a Kaba elostar whose key number starts with "ZB" and operates on batteries, please contact Customer Information Management.
