Time registration data collection

The employees can book themselves in and out, and record breaks and official absences, easily, quickly, and securely.
The HRa Suite acquires all booking data collected by dormakaba terminals and automatically calculates the different times for each employee based on their personal time model stored.
After successfully calculating it, HRa Suite provides this information in the form of a flexitime account or holiday entitlement on an ongoing basis from the current data in the dormakaba system.
Checks made in dormakaba b-comm ERP 5 – HR Access prevent the input of errors or double bookings
System operation is automated, and saves time and effort.
The data is maintained solely in the HR Access system.
