Optimal privacy protection: Access permissions are entirely in the hands of the tenant – they alone decide who has access to their apartment when and for how long.

Only the tenant is authorised to assign access rights – they decide who has access to their apartment when and for how long. The apartment door is managed via the resivo home app on the tenant’s personal smartphone. The apartment doors are not connected to a (cloud) platform.

Additional digital keys or RFID media can be issued as needed or removed at any time.

Time-limited access permissions can be granted, for example, to cleaning staff.

Temporary access can be granted to service providers, for example: parcel delivery, medical assistance or tradespeople.

Residents can react quickly in an emergency by simply sending digital keys via the resivo home app.

Missing or lost access media can be blocked immediately by the tenant in the resivo home app. Lost keys are therefore no longer a security or cost risk.
