The invitation code is a code for activating the resivo home app. You will receive the invitation code from your building's facility manager when you move into your property. This is valid once and for 30 days. The facility manager can send another invitation code with a validity of 48 hours.

In order to use the resivo home app, your buildings facility management company must use resivo as an access system. When you move in to your property, your facility manager will activate or reset the access to your property and send you an invitation code.

Housemates can use the resivo home app and have access to your rental property. Your housemates can add access media and digital keys, and invite or delete other housemates, but they cannot delete tenants. Only the person who invites a housemate can later delete them again.

Persons you add as housemates receive an invitation code for the resivo home app from you. After registration and activation of the invitation code, the person is shown under the menu item Housemates.

Install the resivo home app on your new smartphone and log in with your registered email address and your password. Then the identification files will automatically be downloaded to your new device, and you can fully use the app.

Only persons to whom you grant access can enter your property. A list of individuals with authorised access to your property are displayed in the app in the menu Keys or Housemates.

Please contact your building's facility management immediately. You can find the telephone number in the resivo home app.

1. Open the resivo home app.

2. In the menu, tap Settings.

3. Tap Contact facility management.

If the lock is flashing unusually, e.g. red or several times in succession, please contact your building's facility management immediately. You can find the telephone number in the resivo home app.

The component (e.g. digital cylinder) of your property's door has a battery that can be checked regularly. Therefore, you can still open your door with your smartphone digital key or by using previously configured access medium (keycard or key fob) in the event of a power failure.

The invitation code has a limited validity timeframe. If your invitation code has expired, please contact your building's facility management. You can find the telephone number in the resivo home app.

1. Open the resivo home app.

2. In the menu, tap Settings.

3. Tap Contact facility management.

You have the option of sending digital keys or adding access media via your resivo home app. To do this, tap the + symbol in the Keys menu.

NOTE: You also have the option to restrict the access as per your requirements with both digital keys and access media (keycards and key fobs).

You can send a digital key to a phone number at any time. The recipient can use the key with the dormakaba mobile access app at your specified time.

1. In the Keys menu, tap the + symbol and then Send digital key.

2. Give the "key" a name.

3. Enter the recipient's telephone number (incl. country code).

4. If required, add access restrictions.

5. Tap Send digital key. => The key is now active and visible in your key list. => If you do not enter any restrictions, the key is valid with immediate effect until you revoke the key or remove it from the property.

You may have received access media (keycard or key fob) from your building's facility management. You can add cards or fobs via your app and, if required, restrict the access to certain times.

1. In the Keys menu, tap the + symbol and then Add access medium.

2. Hold the camera in such a way that it sees the QR code of the access medium.

3. Give the 'key' a name.

4. If required, add access restrictions.

5. Tap Create key.

6. Tap Update now and then follow the instructions in the app to activate the access medium. => The access medium is now active and visible in your key list.

You can revoke a digital key at any time.

1. Open the resivo home app.

2. Tap Keys in the menu.

3. Select the digital key from the list.

4. Scroll down.

5. Tap Revoke key. => The deactivation of the digital key has started. => As soon as the recipient opens the mobile access app or reloads the key list, the digital key appears in the list of inactive keys.

It can take a moment for the digital key to be deactivated. If there is an emergency and the digital key needs to be deactivated immediately, complete the following steps:

1. Open the resivo home app.

2. Tap Keys in the menu.

3. Select the digital key with the Deactivation in progress status.

4. Scroll down.

5. Tap Block number.

6. Select the corresponding door, and follow the steps in the app. => The digital key is visible in the list of inactive keys.

Attention: The phone number of the owner of the digital key is now permanently blocked. The phone number can be unblocked if required at a later time.

You can block the access medium (keycards or key fobs) at any time in the resivo home app.

1. Open the resivo home app.

2. Tap Keys in the menu.

3. Select the lost access medium from the list.

4. Scroll down.

5. Tap Revoke key.

6. Tap Update now to deactivate the access medium and follow the instructions in the app. => The access medium is shown in your list of inactive keys in the Keys menu.

You can continue to enter the property using your existing keys and can continue to send a digital key. However, it is no longer possible to add, edit and delete access media (keycards or key fobs).

If you lose the access media ('resident setup card' also known as 'tenant setup card'), contact your building's facility management so that your property remains secure. You can find the telephone number to your building manager in the resivo home app.

2. In the menu, tap Settings.

3. Tap Contact facility management.
